Portable wooden floor tensioner, made of thickened galvanized steel, with a gear-rack structure and a non-slip handle. It is used for tensioning the installation of solid wood boards and composite floors, adjusting the gap between the boards, and can also assist in the removal of old floors by pulling them back. It can be operated by one person. The base is stable, making it convenient for home decoration construction and floor renovation and repair. It is easy to store.

The overall structure is made of thickened steel, and the surface is treated with galvanization for rust prevention. It is not prone to rust over a long period of use and can withstand the pulling and pushing forces during floor installation. The long toothed bar structure is combined with a gear transmission design. The operation handle is equipped with a non-slip spherical grip, making it more stable when the hand is exerting force, reducing the risk of slipping. The gear snap can lock the position, and after pulling the board, it can maintain the tensioned state, eliminating the need to hold and press continuously. A single person can complete the basic tensioning operation alone without the need for multiple people to cooperate. This handheld wooden floor tensioner is a commonly used auxiliary tool for laying solid wood flooring during home decoration. It is suitable for installing solid wood flooring and multi-layer composite flooring. It helps construction workers adjust the gap between the boards, making the floor layout more regular. It can also be used for local floor removal and reattachment operations, meeting the usage needs of home decoration sites and DIY home renovation.

During the floor laying process, uneven gaps and board displacement are prone to occur when connecting the floors. Using this tensioner, the guard plate is placed against the already installed floor, and the toothed bar end is tightened to adjust the board. Press down the handle and rely on the mechanical tension to pull the floor to the side, reducing the gap between the boards and controlling the connection gap, improving the flatness of the installation. In scenarios where old floors need to be partially removed and adjusted, the hooking structure can catch the edge of the board, assisting in pulling the floor, facilitating fine-tuning or floor removal, and reducing damage to the floor due to hammering and paint surface damage.

The base of the tool fits the ground and is placed stably, making it less likely to tip over during operation. The toothed bar has sufficient travel, which can meet the adjustment needs for different widths of floors. The operation method is simple, with a low learning threshold. Decoration technicians can continue to use it, and home decoration enthusiasts can also quickly learn to operate it. The tool is convenient for storage, with an integrated one-piece structure that does not occupy too much storage space. After the decoration is completed, it can be stored in a tool box for future use.
